A relay races is a competition between teams, and it is probably the best way to improve Team Building, the perfect athmosphere for your business event to be a success. If you don't know exactly how it works, we explain it for you!

Relay and Grand Prix are the main options at Karting Carlos Sainz Kart & Business to have a successful business event. A relay race is a category for teams and it has three parts: warm-up, qualifying and race. Its development is different respect the Grand Prix mode.
Let's give an example so you can see how the session is arranged.
A group of 40 people dividen on 10 groups of 4 drivers each.
12:00 arrival time to our facilities.
12:00 – 12:30 Briefing to explain the rules on track, how is the Championship organized, make the groups if they are not already done and go to the dressing room.
12:30 – 14:30 Racing starts!
A) Warm-up: Number 1 driver of every team run for 10 minutes aprox. and then all number 2, and so on until everyone has warmed up.
The warm-up is the first contact with the track and the kart driveability. Lap times on this stage do not score.
B) Qualifying: Number 1 drivers of every team goes out on track and drives for 10 minutes aprox. Then the same for all number 2, and so on until everyone has gone out. The fastest lap will mark the starting grid for the final stage.
C) Final/Race: It will be a 60 laps race with a driver change every 15 minutes (15-30-45-60). The first driver to arrive the chequered flag will be the winning team.
After that, there will be a medals ceremony for the three winning teams (gold, silver and bronze).
